Unity asset download stuck windows 10

Joined: Dec 4, Posts: Hi, Since I've been getting super slow downloads on the asset store, most of the times they just stop at % and won't continue. OSX El Capitan. Asset is 40mb (tried multiple), downloading with a mb fibre optic line. Would be ok if there was a resume or an alternate download (e.g. web browser) option. Cannot download asset I just brought, an the name is "Polaris V2 - Ultimate Low Poly Terrain Engine". Even I opened asset store in Unity and click "download" button, it just keep loading and no responses, the progress is always 0. Even I try again many times, it still cannot download.
